Refund and cancellation

1. Scope, precedence and process flexibility : This Clause governs cancellations, refunds and exit settlements for participation actions initiated on the Platform for any SPV. Where a user has executed an SPV-specific Purchase Agreement, the Purchase Agreement governs the transaction with the SPV and this Clause operates as a platform-level policy/framework. The Platform and/or the SPV may route collections, settlements and refunds through third parties (including payment service providers and banks) and may modify such processes for compliance and operational reasons.

2. Where a buy/top-up participation action requires execution of the Purchase Agreement, the user must execute it within the time window displayed on the Platform (currently 48 hours, or such other period notified prospectively). The user may cancel before execution (or before expiry of such window, whichever is earlier), in which case the Platform and/or the SPV will initiate refund of amounts received (FraX consideration + Platform Fees + applicable taxes) to the original payment method, subject to law/network rules. Refund initiation is typically processed within 5–7 business days, and actual credit time depends on the bank/payment provider.

3. After execution of the Purchase Agreement, there is no general right of withdrawal or refund except as expressly provided in the Purchase Agreement or required by law. If the Platform and/or the SPV is unable to complete the relevant participation action within the communicated timeline due to availability constraints, operational issues or compliance holds, refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with the Purchase Agreement and applicable law and may include refund of FraX consideration and, where applicable, Platform Fees and taxes.

4. An exit request may be withdrawn before settlement processing begins, and executed exits are final. Exit settlements are remitted to the verified bank account net of disclosed/permitted deductions (including exit load/fees, Platform fees on exit, statutory charges and taxes), and timelines may vary due to processing/compliance/gating.

5. Refunds/settlements may be subject to statutory/network deductions. Queries can be raised in-app or at hello@getfrax.com. Updates are shown on the Platform, the Platform and/or the SPV may update the policy or operation procedures relating to refunds, cancellations and settlement from time to time prospectively, shall not retrospectively alter the treatment of already-signed Purchase Agreement transactions except where mandated under applicable law
